We encourage all customers to choose a traceable mode of postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or mishandled package if the delivery method is untraceable.
All prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
Local Singapore Order
We use SingPost for most local delivery. We may use other courier services at times. If you have a preferred courier, do let us know and we may make the necessary arrangement.
For registered mails, you will receive tracking number via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.
International Shipping Order
Shipping is calculated based on your shipping location, the number of units, and the weight of your order. Fashion Beyond Seasons ships your package duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
SingPost is our preferred courier for local and international orders. At times, we may use other courier services.
Order Processing Time
We do make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. All orders received before 11:00am (+8GMT) Monday – Friday are processed within 2 business days upon successful payment and address verification.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
