Product and Availability

The item I want is out of stock, can I place a back order?
Yes. Feel free to place a back order and we will get back in touch on its availability. However, as with all handmade items and their limited quantity, we may not be able to reproduce them once it is out of stock.
How do I find the right size?
You may find the measurement of the item in the product description. As with all handmade items, please allow a tolerance of 1-2 cm. If you are particular in getting the exact size, do feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How do I place an order?

  5. At the Checkout page, fill in the necessary fields as prompted.
  6. Select your payment method and proceed with payment.
  7. You will receive an email notification when your order is received.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally.
How can I calculate the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will reflect on the checkout page after you have entered your shipping address.
Which courier do you use?
We use SingPost for most local and international shipping. We may use other courier services at times. If you have a preferred courier, do let us know and we can make the necessary arrangement.
What is the delivery timeframe?
All orders received before 11:00am (+8GMT) Monday – Friday are processed within 2 business days upon successful payment and address verification. We use Singpost for our local and international delivery.

** Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post.

** Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
** For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
** Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.

How do I keep track of the delivery status?
We encourage every customer to use a registered mail service to track your order. For orders with registered mail service, we will email you the tracking number once your order is processed. For orders with normal mail service, there is no way to track the delivery status and we will not be able to assist if the parcel is lost or mishandled.
What to do if my order arrived damaged?
To ensure you receive the items in good order and condition, we carefully check each item before dispatch and packaged well to avoid damage during transit.

If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a snapshot of the parcel you received. Return the unopened item to us within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure you return the item in the original packaging, unused and unopened. Please refer to our exchange, return and refund policy.

Refund, Exchange and Return

I've ordered the wrong colour for my cloth mask, can I return and exchange it?
Regretfully, for health and hygiene reasons, there is no exchange, return or refund for Mask.

I've ordered this item to my customized size but I want to exchange for something else?
Regretfully, we don’t accept return, exchange and refund for personalized or customized items, intimate items, and items bought on sale. You may find more information on our exchange, refund and return policy here.
Can I return the item to exchange for a different size/color?
Please email us within 48 hours and return the item back to us within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure you return the item in its original packaging, with the tag intact, unaltered, in an unwashed and unused condition. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will refund in credit voucher for you to purchase other items in the store. You can top up if the item you want is of a higher value.

We highly recommend you to return the item to us with a traceable mode of delivery. Non-traceable mode of returns will not be processed if they are not received.
